This untitled mixed-media project was completed while in residency with Arquetopia in Puebla, Mexico using Arquetopia's darkroom and studio spaces.
In 2020 I participated in the largest artist residency program south of the US. In an effort to escape a stressful summer of community organizing against police brutality, I found myself attending Puebla's famed antique markets. There I came across antique police cars imported from overseas and distributed throughout North America.
